Zania Travel Co. is the destination management arm of a Namibian family business that has operated in Windhoek since 2003. Our sister company, Advanced Car Hire, runs the 4x4 fleet. Exclusive Transfer Services runs the transfers. Zania designs and operates the journey around them.

For an operator, that means one partner, one contract and one invoice covering the parts of a Namibia programme that usually take three suppliers, and a team on the ground that answers to you while your clients travel.

Zania Travel Co. is a Namibia destination management company and bespoke travel designer based in Windhoek, Namibia.
It is the destination-management arm of a Namibian family business that has operated in Windhoek since 2003. Its sister companies, Advanced Car Hire (4×4 vehicles) and Exclusive Transfer Services (transfers), fulfil the vehicle and transfer parts of a journey in the same booking file.
Trade partners receive confidential net rates, agreed per partner and never published. Programmes can run white-label, under the operator’s own brand.
For direct travellers, trip design is complimentary; Zania Travel Co. is compensated by its lodge and activity partners.

What operators ask us.

Do you offer net or STO rates?

Yes. Registered trade partners receive net rates for itineraries, vehicles and transfers. Rates are agreed per partner and shared directly, never published on this site.

Do you work white-label?

Yes. Your clients travel under your brand, with your documentation. We are the ground team behind it, and your client relationship stays yours.

Can you handle FIT and small groups?

Both. Most of our work is tailor-made FIT travel for couples and families; we also operate private small-group departures for operators who need a Namibia ground handler.

What do you need from us to quote?

Travel dates or season, party size, the standard of accommodation you sell, and any route ideas or must-sees. From there we design and cost the full file.

Which markets do your partners sell from?

Our operator partners sell Namibia mainly from Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States and the Benelux, and we work in English and German.
